- 7 day money back return policy applies on paintings that are not stretched or framed.
- Stretched or Framed paintings are a non-refund item.
- The 7 day return period starts from the time you receive your painting and/or frames.
- It is compulsory to email us before returning your merchandise.
- The actual shipping cost to the customer will be deducted from your refund.
- Return paintings and/or frames must be wrapped & packed in its original packing material.
- Failure to return the merchandise under the preceeding conditions may result in a restocking fee of $75.00
- If you receive an item which is defective due to shipping, please inform us of the situation within 24 hours.
- You may not return your painting(s) if there are only minor stretches or cosmetic defects upon your art arriving to you
- Within the 7 day period, the purchaser will be responsible for any shipping and handling charges of the exchange item. Differences in prices of the exchanged artwork will be either charged or refunded to the purchasers account.
- During the remainder of the warranty period, you may return your painting to us and we will have it serviced by the painter or manufacturer if it is the frame. It is the responsibility of the purchaser for any shipping costs incurred either in the return of your merchandise and/or frame to us and its return to you.
- All products found not to be defective upon our inspection will be subject to 20% of the sale price or a $50 service charge, whichever is greater.
- If, for any reason, you just want to return an item which is not defective, a 20% restocking fee will be charged. SHipping and handling charges will not be reimbursed.
- All items must be returned in their original condition with a return authorization number, unless otherwise agreed upon.
- Unfortunately, shipping and handling charges are NOT refundable under any circumstances.
